Wholesale Terms & Conditions
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Our first order minimum is $200 USD. Subsequent reorders are also $200 USD. All of our products are sold in case packs of 5.
CURRENT LEAD TIMES
Our current lead time is 8-10 days. Shipping times will vary based on location and shipping speed selected. For orders placed October through December, we highly recommend placing orders at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery in the event of an increased lead time.
CRUELTY-FREE COMPANY
The Distributor affirms that it will not conduct, commission, or be a party to Animal Testing nor allow Animal Testing to be performed by or for submission to regulatory agencies in order to distribute Poppy & Pout's products in foreign markets.
MANUFACTURER SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE (MSRP)
We strongly recommend that all Poppy & Pout products be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event that the retailer decides to place the products on sale, the discount must not be more than 20% below MSRP. Retailers must abide by MSRP or their wholesale account will be terminated.
THIRD-PARTY SITE / WEB COMMERCE
Re-selling Poppy & Pout products through Amazon, eBay or Etsy is strictly prohibited. If a retailer is planning to sell Poppy & Pout products in an online store, it must be owned by the entity applying for a wholesale account. Retailers re-selling on these third-party sites will have their wholesale account terminated.
PAYMENT METHODS / NET 60 TERMS
All orders placed through our wholesale website must be accompanied by immediate payment. We accept credit card payments or PayPal payments. Net 60 terms are currently only available via the Faire wholesale platform for US + Canada brick and mortar stores. SHIPPING / HANDLING / IMPORT DUTIES
We use USPS and UPS Ground shipping. On all orders, we include the cost of packaging materials and handling fees in your shipping total. Please note, the retailer is responsible for any applicable tariffs/duties. Any customs/tariffs levied by the import country is the retailer's responsibility and is not included in the shipping cost. These costs then get factored into your MSRP for you to maintain a profit margin.
SHIPPING ERRORS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES
If you have received damaged products, please send an email to help@poppyandpout.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged products. Our team will get in touch with you to offer a replacement or a credit. If you have received the wrong products or missing products, please send an email to help@poppyandpout.com with your order number and brief description of your issue. We do not accept any returns on wholesale orders. Exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and shipping costs are non-refundable.
WHOLESALE RESOURCES
Poppy & Pout provides several free digital resources to make selling our products even easier. Resources include hi-res product/lifestyle photos, pre-made social media stories and social media posts. Should you require any additional images, please contact us. We also offer for purchase retail displays, signs, testers and other merchandising items through our “merchandising” page. Our retail displays have a maximum order of 2 units per SKU. If you require more displays, please contact us directly. Testers are also available at half the cost of wholesale prices. Displaying our testers have been shown to largely boost sales for all retailers. Our testers have a maximum order of 2 units per SKU. If you require more displays, please contact us directly.
